SOCOTEC Middle East achieved outstanding results in the 2025 Great Place to Work® survey, highlighting high employee engagement and satisfaction.
- On the Trust Index, a key indicator of employee engagement, SOCOTEC scored 90% in Lebanon, 87% in Saudi Arabia, and 81% in the UAE.
- The company also achieved impressive Overall Perception scores: 78% in Lebanon, 92% in Saudi Arabia, and 89% in the UAE, reflecting a highly positive view of the workplace culture.
